STUDENT'S FULL NAME:
PARENT / GUARDIAN'S FULL NAME:
1) I understand fees are due by the first Saturday of each half term. If for any reason I am unable to pay my invoice by the first Saturday (date detailed on the invoice), I must email accounts@theacademywatford.com stating by which date I will be able to make payment, or to arrange a split payment plan.
2) I understand a late fee of £25 will be added to my invoice if fees have not been paid by the invoice due date and if I have not contacted accounts@theacademywatford.com to arrange an alternative payment date or a split payment plan.
3) I understand once I sign my child up to classes they are automatically re-enrolled each term unless I give notice. Notice must be given 1 calendar month before the start of each new half term. I understand if I give any less than a month's notice that fees for that half term must be paid in full.
4) I understand that all fees (including show fees) are non refundable
5) I understand that fees are due for the full half term regardless of personal absence.
